Vuori partnered with Oceana to celebrate World Oceans Month by raising awareness about ocean conservation efforts.

Project Overview

Through this collaboration, our job was to build a story and execute on it while highlighting Oceana’s impactful campaigns, such as phasing out deadly drift gill-nets and protecting vital marine habitats off the U.S. West Coast. With Vuori collaborator, Dylan Efron, we emphasized the importance of protecting oceans for future generations.

THE CHALLENGE

We needed to communicating critical ocean conservation threats while capturing compelling visual content required navigating unpredictable sea conditions and ensuring the safety of the crew and equipment during free diving and scuba diving shoots.

THE SOLUTION

We meticulously planned the shoot by collaborating with Vuori and Oceana, adhering to a detailed creative brief, and positive attitudes to adapt to changing sea conditions. This approach ensured the capture of high-quality footage that aligned with their conservation message while maintaining safety and creative integrity.
